Our operations team is rolling out a patch to address this issue on any impacted machines. This should take effect during the next scheduled maintenance process, or the next time that a device is rebooted. Machines impacted may show multiple windows indicating that the device is performing maintenance and may not exit that maintenance period without intervention.
This issue impacts customers on our www23, www24, and www25 servers and is limited to devices that have software updater installed and that would have executed a maintenance task or software updater task executed between the night of May 3, 2026 and the morning of May 6, 2026.
