Support for Fusion Drives in Deep Freeze Mac

    Deep Freeze supports installation on Apple hardware running Fusion Drives (a combination of a small SSD and a larger magnetic disk) in the following conditions;

    • The operating system is macOS 10.14 (Mohave) or higher. 
    • The file system in use on the Fusion Drive is APFS
    • The version of Deep Freeze Mac is version 7.x or higher. 

    Deep Freeze cannot support fusion drives in macOS versions lower than 10.14 or in situations where HFS+ is the file system in use on  the volume.
