As Faronics Deploy is a hosted solution a number of ports and network endpoints need to be accessible for client devices to report to the cloud and function properly. The following is a list of the network locations that will need to be accessible by machines running the Deploy Agent for the software to function as designed.
Below is a list of specific IP addresses used for communication with Faronics Deploy. Adminstirators should ensure that client workstations can access these IP addresses through any firewall or other network security they have in place.
3.98.12.236
34.211.84.188
34.197.205.157
52.41.107.244
52.212.120.38
54.254.53.27
54.233.206.174
63.34.137.210
Please note that both the hostnames listed and the IP addresses listed will need to be accessible for all features of Faronics Deploy to function correctly.
All the exclusions listed here are for outbound traffic only. Faronics Deploy does not generally require any inbound exceptions to be configured in a network's perimeter security as all communication with Faronics Deploy is initiated by the client devices that are being managed and the service operates assuming that it is unable to reach client devices until a connection is established by the workstation.
