What Port numbers and Host-names are used by Deep Freeze Cloud?

As the Deep Freeze Cloud is a hosted solution a number of ports and network endpoints need to be accessible for client devices to report to the cloud and function properly. The following is a list of the network locations that will need to be accessible by machines running the Deep Freeze Cloud Agent for the software to function as designed.

Below is a list of specific IP addresses used for communication with the Deep Freeze Cloud, administrators should ensure that client workstations can access these IP addresses through any firewall or other network security they have in place.

  • 3.134.251.50
  • 3.140.73.22
  • 34.216.139.196
  • 34.248.1.73
  • 3.248.47.158
  • 34.251.160.43
  • 52.88.207.40
  • 54.191.220.116
  • 54.219.75.81
Please note that both the hostnames listed and the IP addresses listed will need to be accessible for all features of the Deep Freeze Cloud to function properly.

All the exclusions listed here are for outbound traffic only. Deep Freeze Cloud does not generally require any inbound exceptions to be configured in a networks perimeter security as all communication with the Deep Freeze Cloud is initiated by the client devices that are being managed and the Deep Freeze Cloud operates assuming that it is unable to reach client devices until a connection is established by the workstation.
