Can I configure WINSelect to display the Close button in pop-up windows in Internet Explorer?

WINSelect does not block pop-up windows for Internet Explorer. Pop-up windows retain the same Policy and Kiosk settings as the parent window. WINSelect functions correctly with other pop-up window blocking systems or add-ons.
