Faronics Support Portal migration - September 2025

Welcome to the new Faronics Support Portal!

At the start of September 2025 Faronics has moved it's official support portal into a new platform. This new platform replaces our previous hosted solution with a new portal hosted at https://support.faronics.com.

Over the course of the next week or so the support team will be migrating any active support tickets into the new portal and will continue to follow up with anything that is still open. Older ticket history can still be found on our previous portal but any responses or new tickets will need to be created on the updated portal.
